We are happy to provide a repair and refurbishment service to any make, model and age of cricket bat. All services are carried out by experienced staff, so you can trust that you're bat(s) will be taken care of.

 Full Refurb - £50

This includes removal of old stickers and replaced by new stickers of your choice, sanded down, re-polished, new grip, toe guard and scuff sheet applied.

Repairs - £Price on Request

From minor crack repairs to re-handles - we can provide a range of repair services. Price will be dependant on the work involved - please send images of the damage for an estimate quote. The price may change upon receiving the bat, as the damage may be more/or less severe. We will inspect it upon arrival and let you know of any changes to the quote before going ahead with the work.

What Happens Next?

If you wish to send your bat to us for a repair/service, please contact us on the form below and we can provide you with an accurate quote and information to send the bat. We will ask to see images of the bat before being sent, and we can arrange collection for the bat at an additional cost.

Please make sure that you provide us with a note inside of the bat, stating your contact details, return address and the work that you require.

Once receiving the bat(s), we will aim to get the service complete within 7 working days, but this can differ depending on the time of year, how busy we are and the work required. 

Please note;

You are responsible for posting the bat(s) to us and we recommend sending it tracked and insured as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. There are additional postage fees when sending the bat back - if you're in the UK, this will be a £10 tracked/insured delivery charge.

Also, when we apply new stickers, we do not apply the 'authentic PRYZM bat sticker' if it's not a PRYZM bat and there is no guarantee on any of the work taken out.
